Hi, I have got philips universal remote from US. To setup the devices with the remote, the 4 digit code for the device is required. In the manual that I got with the remote most of the companies devices are listed(like samsung, LG, Philips etc). Using the device codes listed in manual I am able to configure my TV, DVD player but not able to configure TATASKY. When I called up customer care as usual I didnot get any reply. Can anybody help me with the 4 digit code of tata sky setup box? I need to use the the 4 digit code to configure the STB with the universal remote. thanks,-venkatesh

I found the user manual with Tata Sky Plus HD has absolutely no text on how to operate the set top box. I assume each one of us knows how to use a regular STB. It is the recording functionality which needs a bit of learning to use it effectively. Can you please help me with following queries?1. How to stop recording a channel I started some 5 mins back? There is no stop button on the remote 2. If not stopped somehow. For how long the STB keeps recording the channel?3. I know, a second channel can be recorded. In case I do, how to switch between two channels that are being recorded? 4. How to keep track of channels I am currently recording?5. Whenever I pause a live channel, it doesn't let me leave the channel without discarding the current buffer? Is it an expected behavior?
